Sarah pointed out that I probably need a china hutch or curio cabinet for all my new China. I need one that is not very big and not very expensive. I have money saved, but I am likely to need it in the next year for my mortgage payments (blech). Any ideas for pieces of [...]

So Sarah and my mom came and helped me decorate my room. My mom is going to get me dowels for one more wall hanging, and maybe some caps for them too. And then my room will be done. I need to think about how I’m going to group things and there’s a couple of [...]

I want to buy a hammock so I can enjoy my porch before the summer is over. I’m looking at this one: www.overstock.com/cgi-bin/d2.cgi?page=proframe&prod_id=744682
or else one of these: www.exotichammocks.com/html/shop.php3/productID=7
any advice–either on types or places to buy? I’ve already got hooks from a previous hammock or something already in the rafters of the porch.

So, [...]

Too bad the effects only lasted for a couple of days. I especially had a loverly time with Nomi, Renu, and Kim. Especially on the ferry on the way [...]

In good news, the day that my grandma couldn’t walk more than 20 yards without a break, she had forgotten her inhalers. She went to go have her lungs tested and they said she shouldn’t need oxygen until she’s 99. Mom thought she had already told me, so she didn’t realize that I was still [...]
